Director, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

Role: Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for drug product and finished product within Revolution Medicines' Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing (PDM) function. Responsibilities: manage global CMO network, implement lifecycle management, oversee production, issue resolution, and performance, foster stakeholder relationships, and drive cost savings. Serve as primary interface between internal teams and external CMO partners, ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and quality standards. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in science with 15+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain or strategic sourcing, significant experience with domestic and international CRDMOs, and knowledge of small molecule drug development, manufacturing, and supply chain. Preferred skills include inventory management system experience, negotiation, and familiarity with commercial manufacturing. High-value: expertise in small molecule oral solid dosage development, cGMP compliance, regulatory understanding, and capacity to manage complex, multi-project environments. Work setup: onsite at Redwood City, CA with salary range $211K-$264K, including benefits and equity.
