Director, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

Role: Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for drug substance within the Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing (PDM) function, supporting outsourcing activities and supply chain operations. Responsibilities: manage global network of Drug Substance and raw material manufacturers, execute CMO Lifecycle Management, oversee site performance and issue resolution, foster stakeholder relationships, negotiate contracts, drive performance improvements, and collaborate on project management from development through commercialization. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in a scientific field with 15+ years in pharma supply chain/strategic sourcing, experience with domestic and international CRDMOs, managing late-phase and commercial projects, and knowledge of small molecule manufacturing, cGMP, and supply chain logistics. Preferred: experience with inventory systems, commercial manufacturing, and supply agreements.
