Director, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

Role: Senior Manager leading global management of Revolution Medicines' drug product manufacturing network, focusing on CMO lifecycle, performance, and issue resolution. Responsibilities: oversee CMO onboarding, support start-up, execution, and risk management; build relationships with external CMOs and internal stakeholders; ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards; manage contracts, forecasts, and capacity planning; drive performance improvements and cost savings; collaborate on cross-functional projects and supply chain strategies. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in scientific field; 15+ years in pharmaceutical sourcing or supply chain, with experience in small molecule manufacturing, clinical and commercial supply, and regulatory cGMP standards; strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills; familiarity with oral solid dosage development, scale-up, validation, and pharma end-to-end supply chain. Preferred: experience with inventory systems, commercial manufacturing, and supply agreements.
