Role: Director, Strategic Site Partnerships – Cell Therapy, leading AstraZeneca’s strategic relationships with key cell therapy sites to optimize clinical trial delivery and portfolio execution. Responsibilities: develop multi-year site partnership strategies, align governance with investigators and site leadership, oversee performance, address operational barriers, and facilitate protocol enablement. Foster long-term collaborations to support clinical development, launch readiness, and site capacity planning. Requirements: Bachelor's in health or life sciences, 8+ years in clinical care, research, development, or site management within cell therapy, oncology, or advanced therapies; proven ability to manage senior external relationships, interpret clinical data, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
