Director, Strategic Operations & Organizational Effectiveness

Role: Director of Strategic Operations & Organizational Effectiveness within Regeneron's IOPS Project Management team, focusing on enterprise strategy execution for Industrial Operations and Product Supply. Responsibilities: lead enterprise planning cycles, align senior leadership on strategic priorities, manage operational rhythms, develop KPIs and scorecards, facilitate cross-functional reviews, craft strategic narratives, and translate external trends into internal actions. Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and LLD teams to build organizational capabilities and support change management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related; 12+ years in strategy, enterprise operating models, or organizational effectiveness; proven experience in enterprise planning, senior stakeholder influence, and data-driven performance management. Preferred: Master's (MBA/Organizational Leadership), experience in manufacturing or life sciences, and global matrixed organization expertise. High-Value: Industry experience in biopharma manufacturing/operations; focus on organizational effectiveness in a complex, global life sciences context. Work Setup: On-site in Troy, NY, with 10% travel to Ireland.
