Responsibilities:
- Own brand direction, strategy, and messaging frameworks to convey product value and maintain differentiation across existing and new segments.
- Develop visual identity and brand strategy for new products and line extensions; collaborate with Product Management, Professional Affairs & HCP Education, cross-functional partners, and Regional Marketing.
- Partner with local/regional marketing teams to align and adapt global messaging for adoption.
- Work with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development (as needed), Legal, Regulatory, and Regional Marketing to ensure scientific rigor, compliance, and commercialization.
- Create long- and short-term product brand strategies, including market landscape analysis, competitive positioning, and value proposition/messaging.
- Lead launch readiness for new product introductions and regional expansions; run launch readiness reviews and align plans to global and regional objectives.
- Implement project management governance for marketing initiative efficiency, alignment to global brand guidelines, and commercialization readiness.
- Oversee creation of high-quality marketing materials supported by robust scientific messaging.
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies (as needed or with Regional Marketing).
- Direct and develop global HCP campaign development and deployment.
- Collaborate with external agencies and manage budgets effectively and compliantly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant MedTech/Pharma marketing experience (medical aesthetics marketing of injectables/energy-based devices/plastic surgery preferred; pharma and energy-based products preferred).
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field (required).
- Product development marketing experience; launch products in multiple global markets.
- Proven success across product development marketing and downstream marketing/brand management/customer-facing roles.
- Strong analytics, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrated commercialization track record launching new products globally and driving adoption and financial growth.
