Role: Director, Medical Affairs Oncology, Strategic Evidence & Collaborations (SEC) within US Medical Affairs, responsible for developing and executing US oncology medical strategies, particularly around ADC portfolio and pipeline. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally to shape evidence generation, contribute to global and local strategic plans, support congress planning, lead scientific communications, and engage with external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, cooperative groups, and research collaborators. Provide medical leadership at scientific meetings, review research proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years (or equivalent experience) in Medical Affairs, preferably with oncology specialization. Preferred skills include strategic thinking, excellent communication, project management, and regulatory knowledge (FDA, ICH, GCP). High-Value: oncology, ADC modality, pipeline and approved therapies, global and regional medical planning, extensive stakeholder engagement, and a significant travel requirement (>50%, domestic and international).
