Patient Advocacy
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate objective-based Thought Leader engagement plans to identify and gather insights.
- Track Thought Leader insights to identify market gaps/opportunities and support commercial/marketing strategy.
- Serve as primary liaison between the company and Thought Leaders (strategic, non-sales partner).
- Align execution with brand vision and Acute Care launch/growth priorities.
- Manage regional/national conventions, congresses, and commercial advisory boards supporting marketing initiatives.
- Identify, coordinate, and contract Thought Leaders for approved consulting opportunities (e.g., advisory boards, training).
- Coordinate sponsorships and Patient Advocacy Organizations activities for marketing.
- Support Speaker Bureau development and execution (speaker selection and high-quality programs).
- Operate in accordance with code of conduct and policies/procedures.

- Ethical conduct/compliance; industry knowledge of pharma/biotech and therapeutic areas (esp. rare diseases).
- Market awareness; business acumen; influence/negotiation.
- 10+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience with field-based engagement in specialty/acute care.
- 5+ years experience in Rheumatology, Primary Care, Podiatry, Orthopedics, or related acute care settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences/pharmacy/related (advanced degree preferred).
- Geographic alignment: West, Central, or East U.S.
- Travel ~50–65% (select evenings/weekends).

- Base salary range: $190,000–$220,000; eligible for competitive short-term incentive program.
