Director - Statistics

Role: Project Statistician at Director level providing statistical leadership in clinical development. Objectives: develop innovative study designs, guide statistical analysis, interpret results, and support decision-making across programs. Responsibilities: lead clinical trial statistical planning, author protocols and analysis plans, review data quality, communicate results to regulatory bodies and scientific forums, and influence team on research methods. Requirements: Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics with ≥7 years in clinical R&D, extensive experience with clinical trials, proficiency in SAS, R, or similar tools, and strong communication skills. Preferred: deep therapeutic area knowledge, regulatory expertise, and leadership in cross-functional teams. High-Value: focus on clinical trial design, statistical analysis, regulatory interaction, and the ability to influence drug development strategies. Work setup: full-time, based in Indianapolis, with expectations for leadership in statistical methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
