Responsibilities: design and execute computational strategies using human genetics, perform cross-biobank analyses (e.g., Mendelian randomization, eQTL mapping), integrate multi-omics data (scRNAseq, proteomics), and collaborate across research functions to advance drug target discovery in neuro, immunology, and cardiovascular areas. Effectively communicate findings in various forums, including publications. Requirements: PhD in statistical genetics or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; 6+ years leadership experience; deep expertise in genetic methods (GWAS, Mendelian randomization, colocalization); proficiency in R or Python; prior industry or academic research in applying genetics to drug discovery. Preferred: experience with functional genomics, project management, and mentoring.
