Role: Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations within Medical Affairs, leading global advisory board planning and execution for oncology therapeutics focused on RAS-addicted cancers. Responsibilities: develop and implement advisory board strategies aligned with medical and commercial objectives, oversee operational logistics including vendor management and compliance with global regulations (FDA, EMA, PMDA), and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Research, and Commercial teams. Additionally, contribute to global congress planning and ensure integration of insights into broader Medical Affairs activities. Requirements: advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD preferred), 10+ years in Medical Affairs or scientific engagement in biotech/pharma, with proven experience managing international advisory boards, especially in oncology. Expertise in pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancers highly valued. Skills: strong project management, operational, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, familiarity with compliance standards, and ability to lead in complex, matrixed environments. Preferred: experience with product development stages in oncology and strategic advisory board leadership.
