Director/Sr. Director Program Management

Role: Senior Program Manager (Director/Sr. Director level) overseeing allogeneic gamma delta T cell therapy development programs. Objectives: ensure project milestones are met through effective cross-functional project management and strategic planning. Responsibilities: develop and maintain integrated project timelines (Gantt charts), facilitate team collaboration, manage risks and issues, track budgets, and optimize resource allocation across teams including R&D, clinical, and manufacturing. Qualifications: BA/BS required; advanced degrees (PharmD, PhD) preferred; 10+ years industry experience, including 5+ years in project management within biotech/pharma. Skills: strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills; proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet); experience in drug development, especially in Oncology and/or Autoimmune indications, Cell Therapy, or related modalities, is highly desirable. High-Value: biopharma drug development, cell therapy, autoimmune and oncology focus, clinical stage, cross-functional collaboration, GxP compliance. Work Setup: onsite at least three days/week (Tuesday–Thursday mandatory), some roles full-time onsite.
