Director/Sr Director Pharmacometrics

Role: Senior scientific leader in pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) and pharmacometrics (PMx), shaping model-informed drug discovery and development strategies. Responsibilities: define impactful scientific problems, develop innovative PMx approaches, guide regulatory interactions, mentor scientists, and champion automation and AI integration to accelerate timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor influencing drug development and regulatory decisions. Requirements: PhD in a relevant scientific field (e.g., PMx, bioengineering, biostatistics) with 5+ years post-PhD experience in population PK/PD modeling across multiple development phases. Proficiency in NONMEM, Monolix, R, with valued skills in mrgsolve, Julia, Phoenix NLME, MATLAB. Strong scientific communication and leadership skills essential. Preferred: experience translating modeling outputs into regulatory narratives, involvement in regulatory submissions, and active engagement in AI/automation initiatives.
