Role Overview:
Director/Sr Director Pharmacometrics—enterprise-level scientific leader defining which PMx problems matter and shaping PMx strategy across programs, platforms, and the organization. High-visibility role influencing drug development decisions, regulatory interactions, and team capability-building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Champion MIDD approaches across programs and platforms; deliver novel PMx strategies shaping drug development decisions.
- Resolve complex technical/scientific challenges with cross-program impact (exposure-response, dose justification, regulatory submission strategies) with PKPD and cross-functional partners.
- Engage proactively with regulatory agencies (meetings, responses, advisory interactions).
- Inspire/elevate scientists through mentorship and scientific leadership; mentor at all levels.
- Create conditions for others to succeed (share knowledge, build bench strength and organizational capability).
- Champion adoption of automation and AI/ML approaches delivering scalable value.
- Build external reputation via publications and scientific leadership in industry/regulatory forums.
- Communicate complex science to diverse audiences with executive presence.

Basic Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant scientific field (PMx, biological/pharmaceutical sciences, bioengineering, biostatistics, computer science/engineering, data science, or related); 5 years post-PhD experience.
- Experience in population PKPD modeling across multiple programs or development phases.
- Experience with NONMEM and/or Monolix, and R.

Additional Skills & Preferences (Highly Valued):
- Experience with mrgsolve, Julia, Phoenix NLME, and/or MATLAB.
- Ability to translate quantitative modeling outputs into clear scientific/regulatory narratives.
- Track record influencing drug development and regulatory strategy via PMx analyses (beyond a single project).
- MIDD experience shaping technical strategy across programs/platforms, including regulatory submissions or health authority interactions.
- Strong mentorship/coaching; organizational and self-management skills to manage a complex portfolio.
- Active engagement with AI/automation in a PMx context; hands-on experience and judgment to translate innovation into practical value.
