Role: Lead clinical pharmacology and modeling efforts for biologic therapies targeting protein growth factors in neuromuscular diseases, including SMA, guiding dose and trial designs across development stages. Responsibilities: develop and execute PK/PD, population PK, and exposure-response models; support formulation strategies such as IV to SC transition; contribute to pediatric pharmacology aspects; apply model-informed drug development principles in regulatory interactions; participate in clinical protocol design, data analysis, and reporting; collaborate with bioanalytical and translational teams. Requirements: PhD in pharmacokinetics or pharmacology; 7-10 years industry experience with proven model-based decision-making; expertise in quantitative drug development, PK/PD modeling, and exposure-response analyses; strong cross-disciplinary data interpretation skills; effective communicator and team player.
