Operational Execution
- Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.
- Track KPIs to evaluate initiative effectiveness and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Follow architectural principles/standards/patterns for scalability, security, interoperability.
- Keep the RDMS architectural blueprint current.
- Focus on compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Leadership
- Lead high-performing, diverse teams; foster innovation, collaboration, accountability.
- Communicate with senior leadership/stakeholders to align priorities and progress.
- Advocate for digital-driven approaches in cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide guidance/support and architectural leadership.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong solutions architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience rapidly adopting emerging tech (e.g., agentic).
- Cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their architectures.
- Strategic problem-solving; long-term architectural planning.
- SDLC and Agile experience; strong project management.
- Ability to assess/recommend tech stacks; integrate systems.
- Strong communication for varied audiences; security best practices and data/privacy regulatory knowledge.
Education and Experience
- BS in CS/Engineering/IT/Science (MS or PhD preferred).
- 8+ years solution architecture in research/development/manufacturing/supply chain.
- Track record of scalable, secure, high-performance solutions; architectural leadership; life sciences/pharma experience.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and ensuring compliance.
Pay/Work Style
- $197,600β$296,400; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity.
- Hybrid-eligible (remote up to 2 days/week) or On-site (5 days/week with ad hoc flexibility).
