Vision and Strategy
- Develop and execute the data and technology architecture strategy, focused on platform simplification.
- Execute architecture strategies to enhance RPMS operations through innovative digital solutions.
- Contribute to scalable, secure, high-performance technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities and scalable technology solutions.

Operational Execution
- Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.
- Track KPIs to evaluate transformation effectiveness and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Apply architectural principles/standards/patterns for scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Keep the RDMS architectural blueprint live.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Leadership
- Lead high-performing, diverse teams; foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Communicate with senior leadership/stakeholders to align on priorities, progress, and impact.
- Represent the RPMS group in cross-functional initiatives and advocate digital approaches.
- Provide guidance, support, and architectural leadership.

Knowledge and Skills (Required/Preferred)
- Strong solutions architecture principles and best practices.
- Rapid adoption of emerging technology (e.g., agentic).
- Cloud proficiency (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
- Strategic problem-solving; long-term architectural strategy.
- SDLC and agile methodologies; strong project management.
- Communication skills to present complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Ability to assess/recommend tech stacks; integrate systems/applications.
- Security best practices and data protection/privacy regulatory knowledge.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Science (MS preferred; PhD preferred).
- 8+ years solution architecture experience in research, development, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Track record delivering scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
- Architectural leadership aligned to enterprise direction; life sciences/pharma experience.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and ensuring compliance.

Benefits/Comp/Application instructions
- Annual bonus and annual equity awards; pay range: $197,600–$296,400.
- Flex eligibility: Hybrid (remote up to 2 days/week) or On-Site (5 days/week on-site with ad hoc flexibility).
