What Youβll Be Doing
- Create an orchestration layer to enable leaders and teams to deploy and manage AI workforces at organizational scale.
- Define how organizations monitor agent performance, optimize workflows, and measure business impact.
- Own enterprise AI orchestration product strategy above existing AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision:
- Define and drive enterprise AI orchestration strategy for deploying/managing AI agents at organizational scale.
- Enable measurement of Digital Worker Impact (DWI) and AI workforce ROI.
- Establish governance models balancing innovation and compliance.
- Partner with C-suite/senior leaders to align AI workforce strategy with business transformation.
Product Development:
- Own the PharmAI platform roadmap and enterprise orchestration capabilities.
- Define integration strategies to build a unified AI ecosystem.
- Establish standards for agent interoperability and workflow orchestration across business units.
- Drive development of business-specific AI studios (e.g., Finance, Legal, Clinical).
Enterprise Enablement:
- Create playbooks/frameworks for business units to build and manage AI workforces.
- Establish Centers of Excellence for AI workforce deployment.
- Define KPIs for AI adoption and impact; build executive dashboards.
Organizational Leadership:
- Monitor industry trends; influence enterprise AI adoption and change management.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on AI workforce planning/impact assessment.
- Lead cross-functional steering committees.
- Serve as spokesperson for enterprise AI orchestration.
What You Should Bring / Qualifications
- Influence C-suite; translate vision into executable roadmaps.
- Strong business acumen; ROI modeling/business case development.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Advanced technical degree.
- Experience in life sciences/pharmaceuticals/regulated industries.
- Background in enterprise automation/RPA/workflow orchestration.
- Organizational change management and digital transformation experience.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Experience building/managing product teams.
- Track record of thought leadership.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelorβs in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years product management experience; at least 5 years in enterprise platform products.
- Proven enterprise transformation track record.
- Experience with AI/ML products; understanding of LLM capabilities/limitations.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $162,000β$268,400.
- Bonus eligibility for full-time equivalents.
