What You'll Be Doing:
- Create an enterprise orchestration layer enabling leaders and teams to deploy and manage AI workforces at scale, including monitoring agent performance, optimizing workflows, and measuring business impact of AI deployment.
- Define capabilities that turn individual AI tools into coordinated organizational assets, balancing technical sophistication with business pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Vision: Define and drive enterprise AI orchestration strategy; measure Digital Worker Impact (DWI) and AI workforce ROI; establish governance models balancing innovation and compliance; partner with C-suite/senior leaders.
- Product Development: Own the PharmAI platform roadmap and enterprise orchestration capabilities; define integration strategies for a unified AI ecosystem; establish agent interoperability/workflow standards across business units; drive business-specific AI studios (Finance, Legal, Clinical, etc.).
- Enterprise Enablement: Create playbooks/frameworks for business units; establish Centers of Excellence; define success metrics and KPIs; build executive dashboards.
- Organizational Leadership: Monitor industry trends; influence enterprise AI adoption/change management; partner with HR/Finance/Operations on planning and impact assessment; lead cross-functional steering committees; serve as internal/external spokesperson.

What You Should Bring:
- Influence C-suite and drive organizational change; strategic thinking translating vision to roadmaps; ROI modeling and business case development; communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Advanced technical degree; experience in life sciences/pharmaceuticals/regulatory industries.
- Background in enterprise automation/RPA/workflow orchestration; organizational change management and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP; experience building/managing product teams; thought leadership (publications, speaking, patents).

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Business or related.
- 12+ years product management; at least 5 years in enterprise platform products.
- Track record driving enterprise technology transformation.
- Experience with AI/ML products and understanding LLM capabilities/limitations.

Compensation:
- Anticipated wage: $162,000–$268,400.
