About The Role
- Lead execution of the Novartis Foundation Americas social impact portfolio (NF and NUSF) across North, Central, and South America. Hybrid 3x/week in East Hanover, Cambridge, New York City, or Washington DC (no relocation support).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day program execution from implementation to evaluation (project/partner management, compliance with relevant regulations/guidelines).
- Expand the Novartis Americas portfolio by supporting design and leading execution of US philanthropy strategy; engage community, academic, and private-sector partners; identify trends/opportunities to maximize impact and sustainability.
- Apply healthcare industry and data science expertise to guide social impact innovations.
- Serve as program director for data-driven population health initiatives: plan/oversee analytics; integrate insights with local authorities and health system managers; codesign and refine intervention roadmaps with local leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with NF/NUSF/Impact & Performance teams to collect/synthesize evidence for scaling, pivoting, and management.
- Build and nurture multi-year strategic partnerships; support thought leadership in social impact enabled by data/technology/AI.
- Lead communications for key events and partner-directed materials; prepare senior-leadership memos, presentations, reports, and updates.

Essential Criteria
- Degree in public health, life sciences, or relevant field.
- Extensive experience in corporate philanthropy/social impact; knowledge of relevant regulations/guidelines.
- Agile, solutions-oriented leadership in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
- Strategic mindset; track record managing multiple programs/partnerships.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; English fluent oral/written.

Desirable Criteria
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency.
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MD, PhD).
