Director, Technical Product Leader (TPL) β Small Molecule Science & Technology (SM S&T), Manufacturing Division
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to DCRC for an integrated, stage-appropriate development and commercialization strategy to deliver the target commercial product.
- Lead the cross-functional Development Commercialization Team (DCT): assess deliverables, foster learning/collaboration, prioritize and mitigate technical/operational/regulatory risks, and develop solutions for unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide end-to-end TPL oversight for timely DCT execution: robust processes/analytics, integrated control strategy, tech transfer packages, filings/approvals, and a reliable commercial supply chain to enable on-time launch and uninterrupted long-term supply.
- Represent CMC across governance/stakeholders; influence/challenge xDT strategy; balance Speed/Cost/Robustness to achieve target product.
- Provide end-to-end TPL oversight for timely Value Chain Management Team (VCMT) deliverables, including new nodes and filings.

- Technical depth across DS/DP/Analytical/Device/Packaging/Regulatory/Quality/Supply; strong strategic thinking; data-driven problem solving; accountability and leadership; risk management and decision-making in ambiguity; productive communication; collaboration; urgency.
Minimum Education:
- BS in science/engineering + 10+ years, or Advanced degree + 7+ years.

Benefits/Compensation:
