Director, Small Molecule, Manufacturing Sciences and Technology

Role: Senior technical leader in Manufacturing Science and Technology supporting BeOne’s Small Molecule Oral Solid Dose (OSD) manufacturing, initially overseeing facility design, equipment selection, and startup activities. Responsibilities: lead technology transfer, lifecycle validation, and provide technical support for commercial manufacturing; author regulatory documents; investigate deviations and implement CAPA; collaborate with Process Development, Quality, and CMC teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years (Master’s preferred) in pharma, extensive experience in OSD manufacturing processes, and regulatory interactions; strong technical writing and troubleshooting skills; leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.
