Director, Site Operations & Strategic Execution

Role: Director of Site Operations & Strategic Execution at Denali Therapeutics, focused on scaling manufacturing and ensuring operational excellence at the Salt Lake City site. Responsibilities: lead the development and continuous improvement of the site operating model, governance structures, performance metrics, and cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and technical operations. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational readiness, organizational agility, and long-term growth; facilitate resource planning, risk mitigation, and operational decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 10+ years in biotech/pharma operations, manufacturing, or technical leadership; experience in GMP-regulated environments, operational governance, and cross-functional project management. Preferred: advanced degree, experience supporting manufacturing readiness, scale-up, and late-stage development. High-Value: biopharmaceutical manufacturing, late-stage development, GMP compliance, cross-functional leadership, operational scaling, and strategic execution. Work setup: based in Salt Lake City with travel as required.
