Director/Senior Director, Computational Chemistry

Role: Lead the design and optimization of heterobifunctional small molecules in early-stage biotech, focusing on computational chemistry strategies to guide molecular development. Responsibilities: develop and implement computational tools for molecular ideation, property optimization, and compound prioritization; collaborate closely with medicinal chemistry, structural biology, and project teams; direct cheminformatics activities and evaluate molecular developability; advance structure-based modeling and AI/ML techniques; shape computational strategy and mentor a scientific team.
