Director/Senior Director, Bioanalysis

Role: Lead bioanalytical activities across Syndax's development portfolio, supporting small molecules and biologics in nonclinical and clinical stages. Responsibilities: define and execute bioanalytical strategies, oversee assay development and validation, manage CROs, review regulatory documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Pharmacology, DMPK, and Regulatory Affairs. Senior Director candidates additionally provide organizational leadership, mentor staff, and oversee resource planning and budgets. Requirements: PhD or MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields; 10+ years (PhD) or 15+ years (MS) industry experience in bioanalysis, with expertise in mass spectrometry, ligand-binding assays, and biologics. Demonstrated experience with regulatory submissions, assay validation, and bioanalytical best practices. Preferred: senior leadership experience, talent development, and strategic influence. High-value: focus on biologics and small molecules, regulatory compliance, GLP standards, and cross-departmental coordination.
