Role: Lead the development of scientific publications for AstraZeneca's oncology pipeline, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and strategically aligned communication of clinical data. Responsibilities: oversee cross-functional publication teams, manage third-party vendors, develop and deliver publication plans aligned with project and R&D strategies, and support scientific congress engagement. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent in biomedical sciences, with 5+ years in medical publications, preferably in oncology or biologics; experience with publication strategy, data communication standards (ICMJE, GPP3), and publication management systems (Datavision, iEnvision). Preferred: certification from AMWA, BELS, or ISMPP; background in biologics or oncology; peer-reviewed publication experience. High-Value: oncology (biologics preferred), pipeline-stage publications, strategic publication planning, external partnerships, and compliance with GxP and publication standards. Work Setup: based in Boston, MA, with face-to-face collaboration 3 days/week.
