Director, Scientific Communications

Role: Director, Scientific Communications at Alto Neuroscience, leading publication and data dissemination strategies for the pipeline. Responsibilities: develop and execute publication plans (abstracts, manuscripts, congress presentations), ensure consistent scientific narratives, partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to translate clinical data into strategic communications, manage agency relationships, and oversee review processes. Requirements: 8+ years in biotech/pharma scientific or medical communications with experience in publication planning, data interpretation, and managing external agencies; strong project management, collaboration, and regulatory review skills.
