Role: Lead the global clinical sample logistics function for Pfizer's vaccine portfolio, overseeing end-to-end sample transportation, custody, and distribution to ensure integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: manage a team of 40+ personnel, develop scalable strategies, maintain regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, IATA, DOT), implement digital automation initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, and serve as a cross-functional subject matter expert. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field; 8+ years in logistics, clinical operations, or biopharma; 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams; expertise in cold-chain and regulated sample shipping; strong influence and communication skills.
