Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6 professionals across multiple geographic locations.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment; provide clear direction, mentorship, and feedback.
- Manage product launches: collaborate cross-functionally, align stakeholders (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, Architecture), develop launch strategies that prioritize patient needs, and track launch metrics/KPIs.
- Drive integration architecture and regulatory-ready release practices with Architecture, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Product, and PMO.
- Champion quality and compliance: left-shift SDLC risk mitigation, ensure patient data safety (PHI/PII, GDPR), and perform audits/reviews.
About You (Qualifications & Experience)
- Bachelorβs degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in digital patient support services; at least 3 years leadership managing geographically dispersed technical teams.
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience; strong understanding of patient services operations.
- Proven Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
- Track record of successful product launches and technology deployments.
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR; PHI/PII handling and patient data safety protocols.
- Advanced Agile delivery, product collaboration, compliance, and digital strategy; fluent in English.
