Main Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and develop a team of 6 professionals across multiple geographic locations

Technology Expertise
- Proficiency in Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud)
- Solid understanding of Veeva CRM and Veeva Engage for Patient Events
- Working knowledge of IICS, AWS, Snowflake, and Python
- Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to patient experience
- Apply technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovation

Product Launch Support
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches
- Align with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and Architecture
- Develop launch strategies prioritizing patient needs and experience
- Monitor launch metrics and KPIs

Quality & Compliance
- Champion quality-focused approaches across the development lifecycle
- Implement left-shifting in SDLC to identify/mitigate risks early
- Ensure patient services standards and compliance; PHI/PII protection and GDPR compliance
- Conduct regular audits/reviews for regulatory compliance

About You (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s required; MS/MBA preferred
- 10+ years in digital patient support services; 3+ years leading geographically dispersed technical teams
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Track record of product launches and technology deployments
- Deep understanding of HIPAA/GDPR; PHI/PII handling and patient data safety protocols
- Advanced skills in Agile delivery, product collaboration, compliance, and digital strategy
- Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional Salesforce platforms (Experience/Marketing/Service/Sales/Data Clouds)
- Working knowledge of integration technologies (IICS, AWS, Snowflake, Python)
- Additional language beyond English
