Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cohesive, integrated direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategy and campaigns grounded in customer insight.
- Provide strategic direction on DTC work across complex brands.
- Build brand-specific DTC domain expertise; create brand-centered content/concepts for personalized, tailored patient experiences.
- Translate market data signals into actions that drive behavior change.
- Lead and foster a high-performing team; collaborate across key functions to achieve product strategies and objectives.
- Define and deliver the brand’s DTC integrated plan; determine resourcing; manage allocated DTC budget.
- Ensure excellence in developing DTC assets for adaptation across the end-to-end experience, partnering with Customer Experience Planning.
- Drive best-in-class digital marketing strategies aligned to brand goals; ensure plans are implemented and optimized.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy on integrated strategy, plans, and assets as appropriate.
- Share and embed best practices to engage patients and change behavior across the full brand lifecycle.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required); MS and/or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in commercial Marketing (multi-functional experience in Pharma/Healthcare preferred).
- Experience driving high-performing brands in highly competitive US categories.
- 5+ years leveraging data/analytics/customer insights to drive personalization at scale.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building and effective teamwork.
- Transformational leadership experience in next-generation engagement.
- Proven record fostering high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deliver resources/programs/tactics on time, scope, and budget; strong financial acumen.

Desirable Requirements:
- Recent launch experience in oncology, prostate cancer, or specialty treatments (strongly preferred).
