Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the U.S. risk and control register for assigned business function grouping.
- Facilitate annual risk and control assessments, including calibration of residual risk scores with cross-functional stakeholders and business advisors.
- Evaluate KRIs during risk assessment and calibration to support robust, data-driven risk scoring.
- Establish and conduct annual testing plans to assess control effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Perform deep-dive risk analyses to generate functional risk insights and support business partnering.
- Track and report action plans for ineffective controls and high-risk areas; ensure timely โ€œreduceโ€ plans and mitigation.
- Collaborate with business advisor teams to improve risk calibration and functional/U.S. compliance health dashboards.
- Partner with Risk & Assurance Enablement to define requirements for technology, analytics, and reporting solutions for integrated risk management.
- Support continuous improvement of risk management using data and technology.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/JD/MS in Risk Management/Data Analytics or related).
- 7+ yearsโ€™ experience in risk management, healthcare compliance, or assurance (preferably pharma/healthcare).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience facilitating risk assessments and controls testing.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with business advisor/enablement teams.
- Familiarity with risk management platforms and data analytics tools.

Benefits & Rewards:
- Salary range: $176,400โ€“$327,600/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.
