Director, Revenue Center of Excellence (COE)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as enterprise subject-matter expert for revenue recognition; lead judgment on complex/non-standard transactions across global markets.
- Establish and enforce global governance over revenue policies, contracts, and healthcare-related pricing arrangements.
- Monitor regulatory/contract/policy developments impacting revenue and assess accounting/operational implications.
- Own global revenue accounting policies (development, interpretation, implementation) and drive consistent application across regions.
- Escalate judgmental revenue accounting matters; ensure compliant interpretation and audit readiness.
- Provide revenue analytics and Gross-to-Net (GTN) trend analysis to support quarter-end/year-end close.
- Partner to align GTN assumptions between market FP&A and Controllership; provide accounting-informed insights to Pricing/Market Access.
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Statutory Reporting on GTN cash flow forecasting, projections, and revenue disclosures.
- Lead end-to-end GTN processes.
- Advise on transformation initiatives (e.g., Project LEAP, Financial Close Excellence); redesign revenue/close processes; champion automation/standardization/data-driven improvements.

Qualifications/Required:
- 12+ years experience; Bachelor’s degree; CPA license.

- Deep global revenue recognition and technical accounting expertise.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting, pricing, and GTN mechanics.
- Ability to lead through influence; trusted advisor to senior leaders.
