Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute real-world evidence (RWE) and qualitative research studies for a high-priority asset; manage timelines, deliverables, and budget; ensure quality of deliverables (review/sign off on specifications, protocols, data analysis plans, final reports, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) and adherence to SOPs.
- Align local data generation efforts with the global data generation plan and enable effective global-local information sharing.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across countries and with medical, market access, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective collaboration/communication.
Qualifications (Required):
- Master’s degree in health outcomes/patient-reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health, or life sciences.
- 10+ years’ pharmaceutical industry experience (preferably multinational).
- Experience with evidence generation planning and workshop development.
- Experience developing detailed project/program plans.
- Experience delivering studies and related communications in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with diverse study designs, including RWE (prospective, cross-sectional, retrospective cohort) and patient-reported outcomes research.
- Knowledge of healthcare markets, HTA agencies, and global/in-region/local reimbursement decision-making.
- Applied experience using evidence for HTA submissions and/or reimbursement/medical engagement.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and results to varied audiences, including senior leaders.
Preferred:
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
- Health economics and outcomes research consulting experience leading projects and client communications.
- Health economics and outcomes research experience in asthma.
- Methods expertise to deliver robust payer evidence and engage external experts.
Work arrangement:
- Hybrid; based in the United States; travel as needed.
