Director, Regulatory Strategy Planning & Operations

Role: Director in Regulatory Strategy Planning & Operations within Global Development, supporting strategic and operational activities for RA, GPS, & DQ to advance life-changing medicines. Responsibilities: oversee goal-setting, quarterly reporting, resource and budget planning, stakeholder management, operational performance monitoring, and execution of cross-functional initiatives; facilitate communication and alignment among leadership and teams; support organizational development, talent management, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with experience in planning and operations within a global development setting; BA/BS in Business, Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Skills: strong strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities; experience with cross-functional leadership and change initiatives. High-Value: focus on drug development, with knowledge of regulatory affairs, global operations, and organizational planning; role involves collaboration across multiple internal functions and external partners; location in Tarrytown, NY or Warren, NJ, requiring on-site work 4 days/week with up to 10% travel.
