Requirements: Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD), 10+ years in biopharma, broad knowledge of oncology and drug development, strong program management skills, and experience influencing cross-functional teams. Preferred: deep understanding of RWE, experience in global/regional medical leadership, and cross-cultural communication capabilities.
