Director, Regional Clinical Study Management

Role: Regional Clinical Operations Leader, overseeing study management teams and driving regional clinical trial delivery aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities: manage associate directors and study managers, ensure quality and compliance with SOPs, develop talent, and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; lead regional strategy, resource planning, and continuous improvement efforts; ensure adherence to GxP and quality standards; oversee performance metrics and risk management. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific or healthcare discipline, 10+ years' experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharma, or CROs; proven leadership and line management experience; strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills. Preferred: advanced degree (Master’s), experience with global study oversight. High-Value: focus on clinical trial management in biotech/pharma, possibly across multiple therapeutic areas; experience in study delivery, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration; proficiency with MS Office and project planning tools.
