Director, Real-World Evidence Research-Oncology

Role: Lead the development and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) strategies for oncology products across the US product lifecycle, supporting evidence generation on treatment effectiveness, safety, and outcomes. Responsibilities: design and oversee observational RWE studies, develop integrated RWE plans aligned with medical and marketing strategies, contribute to payer and market access materials, liaise with external stakeholders including MCOs, CMS, and KOLs, and manage cross-functional teams and budgets. Qualifications: MS, MPH, PharmD, or Ph.D. in healthcare-related field; 5+ years in RWE, outcomes research, or health economics within pharma, ideally with oncology experience; strong understanding of RWE principles, US reimbursement landscape, and cross-functional leadership.
