Director, Real World Data & Epidemiology (RWD & EPI) Analytics

Role: Lead design, execution, and communication of observational studies utilizing diverse real-world data sources to generate evidence supporting clinical development, market access, and health policy. Responsibilities: collaborate with asset leaders on study design from feasibility to final reporting; conduct survival and economic modeling; evaluate emerging data modalities like claims, EHR, genomics, and social determinants; lead AI integration in analytics; mentor team members; develop standardized processes and infrastructure for data management and compliance; contribute to departmental strategies. Requirements: PhD or Master's in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or Public Health; 10+ years in RWE and epidemiology analytics; expertise in observational study design, statistical methods (survival analysis, causal inference), and R, SAS, Python programming; strong communication skills; oncology experience preferred.
