Role: RCO Regional Operations Strategy Lead, Americas, supporting the Regional Head of South and North America to execute operational strategies and workforce planning within Bristol Myers Squibb's RCO. Responsibilities: lead transformational projects, develop and monitor regional plans, facilitate leadership meetings, support M&A integration, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
