Position Summary
- Lead RCO (Regional Operations Strategy) pull-through of operational strategy for the Americas; support regional heads with workforce planning, KPI monitoring, and communications.

Responsibilities
- Project lead RCO transformational and operational activities in partnership with relevant functions.
- Partner with RCO Regional Heads/Regional Delivery Lead to create and integrate execution plans for the strategic portfolio.
- Support Regional Leadership Team meetings (agenda, priorities, objectives).
- Drive RCO operating model, including Business Development integration from country-level M&A.
- Track plan progress via leadership dialogue; surface risks and facilitate remediation.
- Partner with HR, GDD Operations, project management, Finance, and enabling roles to support priorities.
- Develop and monitor annual RCO budget.
- Proactively manage risks; create/maintain study-level project tools (actions/decisions/issues log/risk plan); identify interdependencies; plan workforce changes and communications.
- Maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships across multidisciplinary/internal teams.

Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- BA/BS in Science or Business Management (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years pharma experience with clinical operations and business parameters; consulting/CRO experience a plus.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills across internal/external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker; strong business acumen; translate strategy to execution.
- Matrix environment experience; strong project management/leadership; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Autonomy, enterprise mindset, influencing with authority.
- Strong written/verbal influence; alignment-building across complex matrix teams.
- Change leadership; budgeting/forecasting; Microsoft (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Travel
- Up to 25%.
