Director, R&D AI, Insights & Analytics

Role: Lead strategy and execution of data, analytics, AI, and insights initiatives within R&D to transform drug development processes. Responsibilities: define and implement data governance, develop modern data platforms, drive AI-enabled solutions, and support clinical performance metrics and benchmarking. Collaborate with R&D functions, external partners, and enterprise teams; shape future R&D data infrastructure and enable scalable AI innovations. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related; 10+ years in R&D analytics, digital transformation, or AI solutions within pharma/biotech. Experience with data governance, cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS), clinical data standards (e.g., SDTM, CDISC), and AI/ML applications in life sciences.
