Role: Director of Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics – Immune/Oncology (QP2-IO), leading model-based analysis strategies for oncology drug development from post-PCC to registration. Responsibilities: serve as expert on Oncology development teams, develop and execute translational PK/PD, population pharmacokinetic, exposure-response, disease progression, and systems pharmacology models; strategize tumor size and survival modeling; ensure regulatory compliance and author regulatory submissions; mentor junior staff. Requirements: Ph.D. with 7+ years or Master/PharmD with 9+ years in PKPD, pharmacometrics, or related fields; demonstrated impact with pharmacometrics applications; experience with IND/NDA submissions; proficiency in R, NONMEM, MATLAB, Monolix; strong communication skills. HighValue: oncology (immune/oncology focus), biologics/small molecules, post-PCC to registration phases, regulatory document authoring, modeling software expertise. WorkSetup: remote preferred if outside commutable distance; hybrid if near primary sites; travel approximately 10%.
