Director, Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology: PK/PD Modeling & Strategy

Role: Lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics for Sarepta's gene therapy programs, guiding dose selection and predictive modeling from early development through Phase 3 and registration. Responsibilities: develop and execute quantitative strategies, perform model-based analyses (PK/PD, population modeling, meta-analyses), and support global regulatory interactions; lead clinical and translational development efforts and provide scientific leadership. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics; strong PK/PD modeling skills; experience with NONMEM & R; regulatory experience. Preferred: siRNA or CNS therapeutic experience. High-Value: focus on gene therapies, clinical pharmacology/PK/PD modeling, translational sciences, late-stage development, regulatory strategy. WorkSetup: hybrid in the U.S.; travel as needed.
