Director, Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology: PK/PD Modeling & Strategy

Role: Director of Quantitative & Clinical Pharmacology leading clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics from early to late-stage development, including Phase 3 and registration. Responsibilities: develop and execute quantitative strategies, oversee PK/PD modeling, data analysis, and translational approaches to support dose selection and refinement; lead clinical and regulatory interactions; serve as scientific expert and thought leader in the discipline. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics; strong PK/PD modeling skills, regulatory experience, proficiency in NONMEM and R; excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: siRNA or CNS experience. High-Value: leadership in pharmacometric modeling, clinical development, regulatory strategy, and translational sciences; focus on genetically targeted therapies in neuromuscular and CNS indications. Work Setup: hybrid in the U.S., with on-site and occasional in-person engagement.
