Role: Lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics for Sarepta's drug development programs, focusing on dose selection, modeling, and predictive analyses from early to late-stage clinical trials (Ph3 and registration). Responsibilities: develop and execute quantitative strategies, lead model-based data analyses (PK/PD, population models, meta-analyses), prepare study protocols, review data, and support regulatory interactions with global agencies. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, mathematics, engineering, or related field; 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics; strong expertise in PK/PD modeling, regulatory experience, proficiency with NONMEM and R; excellent communication skills. Preferred: experience with siRNA or CNS therapies. High-Value: senior leadership in quantitative pharmacology, involvement in late-stage clinical development, regulatory engagement, and publication activities. WorkSetup: hybrid U.S. location; on-site presence required; occasional in-person events.
