Director, Quality Assurance Compliance

Role: Lead the Global Supplier Quality Management Program as the Process Owner, developing and executing strategies to ensure high-quality, compliant supplier oversight across Gilead's global operations. Responsibilities: establish and maintain enterprise-wide supplier quality standards, govern end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes, lead process design and transformation initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through data analytics, digital tools, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or related; 10+ years in Supplier Quality Management; 5+ years in global process ownership and leadership roles; deep knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industry standards; experience leading complex change initiatives; strong stakeholder influence skills. Preferred: advanced degree (MS, MBA), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
