Position Summary / Objective
Director, PV Global Process Lead will design, optimize, and oversee core PV processes with primary end-to-end accountability for Safety Aggregate Reports (SAR) across ICSR management, signal management, risk management, and the PV System Master File.
Responsibilities
- Lead design/optimization/oversight of the SAR process to ensure effectiveness, inspection readiness, and regulatory alignment.
- Partner with Global Process Owners to deliver SAR and PV process strategies/roadmaps.
- Act as principal SME for SAR and interfaces; engage Local Markets and stakeholders for non-siloed oversight.
- Lead Communities of Practice; drive knowledge sharing and adoption.
- Conduct metric-based demand/capacity planning using benchmarking and KPIs.
- Lead PEARL assessments and implement resulting changes.
- Define/monitor/report process health metrics; continuous improvement.
- Map processes in process tools; author/maintain procedural documents and PV System Master File sections.
- Partner on process improvement initiatives, tools, and technology.
- Represent externally via working groups/benchmarking/forums.
Qualifications / Required
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive PV experience with deep SAR expertise; strong knowledge of other core PV processes.
- End-to-end process ownership (design, mapping such as Adonis, optimization, governance).
- Experience with global regulatory requirements for safety aggregate reporting.
- Proven regulatory inspection readiness experience.
- Skilled in authoring/maintaining procedural documents.
Preferred Skills / Competencies
- Strategic process leadership; analytical, data-driven decision making.
- Influencer/collaborator in global matrix organizations; clear communicator.
- Change leadership, continuous improvement mindset; resilient, adaptable, global mindset.
Travel
- Up to 5%.
Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- $217,520–$263,577 (Madison/Giralda, NJ and Princeton, NJ).
