Position Summary / Objective
Director, PV Global Process Lead designs, optimizes, and oversees core PV processes with emphasis on Safety Aggregate Reports (SAR) end-to-end accountability for regulated safety reporting and communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead design, optimization, and oversight of the Safety Aggregate Reporting (SAR) process for effectiveness, inspection readiness, and regulatory/business alignment.
- Partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to define and deliver process strategies/roadmaps and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Act as principal SME for SAR and interfaces; engage Local Markets and governance bodies for non-siloed oversight.
- Lead Communities of Practice to drive knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.
- Drive metric-based demand/capacity planning using benchmarking, KPIs, and tools.
- Lead PEARL (Policy Evaluation and Regulatory Landscape) assessments; oversee implementation of changes.
- Define/monitor/report process health metrics (cycle times, efficiency, productivity) for continuous improvement.
- Map processes in tools (e.g., Adonis) and maintain procedural documentation/PV System Master File sections.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Learning; partner with BCE and Strategy & Operations for process/tool/technology improvements.
- Represent externally via industry working groups, benchmarking forums, and conferences.

Degree/Experience & Required/Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s (advanced degree preferred); extensive PV experience with deep SAR expertise and knowledge of core PV processes.
- End-to-end process ownership (design, mapping, optimization, governance); procedural authoring/maintenance.
- Experience with global regulatory requirements, inspection readiness, and cross-functional governance/CoPs/external engagement.
- Strong KPI/benchmarking/process monitoring; strategic process leadership, analytical skills, clear stakeholder communication, change leadership, resilience/global mindset.

Travel
- Up to 5%.

Compensation (NJ)
- $217,520–$263,577 (Madison/Giralda, NJ) and $217,520–$263,577 (Princeton, NJ).
