Director, PV Alliance Management

Role: Lead global pharmacovigilance (PV) alliance management to optimize PV partnerships, compliance, and strategic value across development and commercialization phases. Responsibilities: oversee PV contractual negotiations, manage partner relationships, ensure contractual obligations and regulatory compliance (EU GVP, GCP, CDx), lead PV due diligence, and support risk mitigation; act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders (Safety, Regulatory, Legal, Business Development) and external partners; maintain PV contract infrastructure (e.g., PVA management tools), and lead audits and inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent; 8+ years in PV contracts or alliance management; deep knowledge of PV regulations, complex partnerships (co-development, licensing), and negotiation skills; experience with global PV agreements, legal procedures, and compliance. Preferred: advanced degrees (MS, Ph.D., PharmD, JD), experience with lifecycle contract management tools, and familiarity with AI/automation. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on pharmacovigilance for cancer therapies, including medicinal and device collaborations; international scope with 20% travel; supporting compliance and strategic alliance activities in rapidly evolving, high-growth environments.
